3# I have been using the pressurizer for a while and it has stopped working
To find the solution, the first thing to find out is where it loses.
Fill it with air and put it in a bucket of water to see where it leaks. You can leak through the filling valve, through the indicator or through the emptying button. All three things have an easy solution.
# Loses through the groove of the flange
If it's leaking from the flange slot, and you're sure the boat you're using is a compatible boat, it's probably due to a lack of lubrication. You have to wait two or three minutes because at first it can be trapped air. The device that is upside down and without the valve cap.
If you have opened it after submerging it, you have to remove the gasket and dry everything well, housing included. Make sure everything is dry. If there are drops of water, it does not pressurize well.
# There is an air leak in the rubber of the empty button
On rare occasions, either because the rubber is a little hard at first or because it is in poor condition (less than 1% of the time), leaks may occur from the empty button.
To test, pressurize the container with balls inside to 3o psi. With a dropper, syringe, teaspoon or similar, completely fill the annular space of the button with water, as shown in the photo.
If you watch for a minute or two and see any air bubbles coming out, the problem is there.
To solve it, on many occasions it is enough to disassemble the rubber, squeeze it for a minute or two with your fingers and reassemble it. This makes it more flexible and fits better, so leaks no longer occur.
As a first step, do this and check again by filling the annulus with water again. Make sure before assembly that you have thoroughly dried the button and the hole by blowing. Another method to better soften the rubber is, with the help of a pencil, to push the arrowhead in and turn it over. It will be like a hat that you can mold more easily. Then you turn them over again and place it on the plunger.
